We are a group of young professionals from the area and from mainland Mexico, each in a different expertise make this restaurant complete. We strive to deliver the highest quality that our hands can possibly transform. Our passion for food, wine and service brings us together and make this project fun. Our inspiration is drawn by our world class location overlooking a great beach cove in the tip of the baja peninsula called “Playa Acapulquito” by the locals and where beautiful waves form. The “7 Seas” is a gastronomical voyage where we take you to try exciting Fresh seafood dishes caught from one of the richest waters in the world: the sea of cortez; and prepared using Old and New world, Asian and Mexican legacies. Wine selections are brought from the “7 Seas” from wineries located in: California, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, France, Italy, Alsace, Australia and New Zealand.
